Inspire. Empower. Commit. Celebrating the next generation of women leaders in Wisconsin tech.

Join us for an unforgettable evening during Women in Tech Week of Wisconsin Tech Month as we celebrate the emerging women leaders shaping the future of technology.

Upcoming Trailblazers is a high-energy program designed to spotlight women in tech who are just beginning to make their mark - students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals.

Each speaker will deliver a five-minute lightning talk on topics ranging from innovation and leadership to personal journeys and lessons learned.

This is more than just an event—it’s a launchpad. Every speaker will receive personalized coaching to refine their voice, and their talks will be featured on a special Women in Tech podcast episode.

Attendees will also have the chance to participate in our Interactive Ally Wall, where you’ll make visible commitments to support emerging leaders and share leadership lessons. This collaborative space will capture the spirit of community commitment and create powerful moments for photos and social media.

The night concludes with open networking, activations, and a chance to connect across Wisconsin’s tech ecosystem. Whether you’re a student, a seasoned professional, or a company looking to engage with new talent, this is the place to meet the trailblazers of tomorrow.

Featured Speaker - Sophia Finn

Sophia works as an Agentic AI Analyst at Accenture, where she's answering the question: "How can we use AI to deliver electricity to homes more reliably and at the best price possible?" She investigates this from a technical standpoint by leveraging her background in engineering. While studying Biomedical Engineering at UW-Madison, Sophia worked in a lab developing a novel medical device that may help stroke patients regain control of speaking and swallowing. In short, Sophia loves finding ways that technology can help people live happier lives. In her free time, she enjoys listening to podcasts while strolling on the Milwaukee lakefront.
