Take a deep breath and come home to yourself. Unwind & Align is a 90-minute class experience designed to help you reset your nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with your body, breath, and intention.

This class begins with 10–15 minutes of conscious breathwork to help you center and ground before moving into a slow, mindful Vinyasa flow. We’ll close with a guided meditation to support inner stillness and deep integration.

Slow Flow Vinyasa encourages presence, mindful movement, and awareness of breath, making it an ideal practice for both beginners and experienced practitioners who want to reconnect with their body. When paired with intentional breathwork and meditation, this class becomes a full-spectrum practice to align your body, calm your mind, and nurture your spirit.

  • ✨ Doors open at 6:00 PM
  • 🕯 Class begins promptly at 6:30 PM
  • 🚫 No late entry is permitted after 6:30 PM (to honor the safety and continuity of the experience)
  • 🧘 Class is kept intentionally small (max 10–12 students) to create an intimate, personalized space
  • 📸 Photos/videos may be taken during class to share the beauty of this healing practice with the broader community. Your privacy is always respected!

💫 About Your Instructor:

Coco Bates is a certified Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Sound Therapist. She studied traditional yoga in Rishikesh, India, at Gurukul Yogashala, and trained in meditation and Himalayan sound healing in Nepal. Her mission is to help others connect with their breath, body, and divine feminine energy through intentional movement, breath, and sound.

In Coco's classes, you’ll hear both the English and Sanskrit names of yoga poses, as well as traditional names of the breathwork techniques. This is an intentional practice to honor the sacred roots of yoga and to maintain the integrity of this ancient healing tradition.

Frequently asked questions

I'm a beginner. Can I join this class?

Absolutely. This class is beginner-friendly and paced intentionally to help you build body awareness, connect with your breath, and move mindfully. Modifications are always offered.

What should I bring to class?

Please bring a bottle of water and a towel. Yoga mats and blocks are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. (Mats are sanitized BEFORE & AFTER class)

Can I arrive late?

To maintain the energetic container and safety of the space, no late entry is permitted after 6:30 PM. Doors open at 6:00 PM so you have plenty of time to arrive, settle in, and prepare.

Will there be hands-on adjustments?

Physical assists are offered only with consent.

Are photos or videos taken during class?

Occasionally, photos or short video clips may be taken to share the magic of this practice online. Your privacy is always respected

Are there refunds.
