This unique open studio space invites you to roll out your mat and simply be — no set sequence, no expectations. This is not a led class but time for you to move, breath, reflect and begin your morning with purpose.

Welcome to Evolution Yoga & Wellness Co.! We have created a cozy space for everyone with a body to softly evolve through movement & breath.

Our schedule has yoga classes for all steps of your evolution; restorative, gentle to all-levels and ashtanga. We are excited to offer Friday Pop-Ups at 6:30pm featuring a different experience featuring yoga or overall wellness. Click on Friday Pop-Ups under our schedule tab above.

From people looking to learn yoga, restarting their yoga practice, to those that want to continue to exploring time on their mat.

Our goal is to create a community that is welcoming to everyone, no matter your ability, pronouns, race, gender or age. If you are looking or craving to walk into a room where everyone is accepted, listened to and seen… then it’s time to begin your Evolution.
