Join Ash Evans for a workshop designed to help you process and release what’s been held inside.

Who’s ever felt stuck?

Stuck emotionally, energetically, or even physically (like when just getting off the couch feels impossible)

Through somatic movement, breathwork, and journaling, Ash will teach ways to express emotions in ways that feel healthy and liberating.

We’ll explore the four core emotions — anger, sadness, fear, and joy — and practice how they feel in the body (not just thinking how it feels). Movement and breath will become your pump to release and lighten up.

Why does this matter? Because unexpressed emotions don’t just disappear. They show up as:

  • stomach aches, tight chests, headaches
  • muscle tension or sluggish digestion (yes, we go there)
  • insomnia, overthinking, exhaustion
  • that heavy “stuck” feeling where nothing moves forward

Ash believes these are the body’s way of communicating with us. Backed by research, trainings, and her own personal journey, she’s here to guide you in clearing stagnant energy so you can feel lighter, freer, and more fully alive.

And yes—it will also be FUN. If you know Ash, you know she brings joy and levity into everything she does. You’ll go deep, you’ll learn something new, and you’ll reconnect with that inner joy waiting to be expressed.
