Unrushed Mindfulness Mentoring
Overview
Unrushed Mindfulness Mentor Group: Deepen Your Practice, Together
Does it feel like mindfulness should be helping more by now? You’ve read the books, tried the apps, maybe even taken a course or two. But something’s still missing. You’re still caught in your head, unsure how to bring mindfulness into the messy, fast-moving parts of real life—the moments that matter most.
This group is for you.
What It Is
The Unrushed Mindfulness Mentor Group is a weekly space for people who want to slow down, reconnect, and live with greater clarity, presence, and authenticity.
This small, closed group (maximum 10 participants) meets virtually (on Zoom) twice per month for a powerful blend of mindfulness practice, personal reflection, and community connection. Together, we’ll explore what’s arising in practice and in life, using the wisdom of the group to deepen insight and integration.
The group is designed for those who already have some experience with mindfulness or meditation and want to strengthen their practice in community.
What to Expect Each Session
- Opening meditation to arrive and settle
- Participant check-ins — space to share what’s present in your practice or life
- Teaching or inquiry drawn from the reflections that emerge
- Closing practice or takeaway to carry into your week

Testimonials
Meg -
Ken Dunn is a wise guide, muse, and coach. He helped me slow down, access mindfulness "on demand", and see "life" and progress in a new way. I appreciate his gentle, non-pedantic and non-judgmental teaching style. I feel like a different person in all the right ways. No more overworking, over-stressing, and overthinking. I'm more rested, creative and focussed in my work. A miracle to be sure.
Stefanie -
Very compassionate; great at bringing insight and meditation practices into the conversation.
Osama -
Ken provided a wonderfully supportive community during a challenging period of personal transition for me. Ken's coaching helped me build a stronger foundation of self-compassion and gave me the practical mindfulness tools I needed to move forward. I'm leaving with a much greater sense of inner strength and clarity.
