What do I need to bring?

If you're attending in person at Unplug in Santa Monica, please bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable workout clothes.

How long is the class?

The class will last about 45 minutes, with a short grounding at the start and cool-down at the end.

Yes! There is a virtual option. You'll receive a Zoom link in your confirmation email. Just set up your mat in a safe space at home.

Where do donations will?

100% of proceeds will go directly to I Stand With My Pack, a nonprofit dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating animals in need.

What are the donation levels?

Spark - $25 suggested donation (class access) ; Flame - $50 supporter (class access + recognition in our thank-you email) ; Ember - $100 + sponsor (class access + recognition + special acknowledgement during the event)
