Unlocking Grant Funding: A One-Day Group Grant Consulting Session

Unlocking Grant Funding: A One-Day Group Grant Consulting Session

By Community Philanthropic Solutions

Overview

A hands-on, small-group grant consulting experience for nonprofits ready to move a real grant forward!

If you’ve wanted access to a grant consultant but full-service consulting isn’t feasible right now for your nonprofit, this full-day, in-person group grant consulting session is designed to fill that gap.

Participants arrive with a real project in mind that needs grant funding and spend the day actively researching funders, shaping a grant case statement, and receiving guided feedback from experienced grant consultants. The goal is simple: to help your organization leave with tangible progress, not just information. Over the course of the full day, participants work directly with experienced nonprofit grant consultants to apply strategies to their own projects.

By the end of the workshop, participants will walk away with:

  • A top funding prospect aligned to their project (corporate, private foundation, or government)
  • A draft case statement or core grant narrative
  • Hands-on support from a nonprofit prospect research expert – helping you identify aligned funders in real time.
  • A clear roadmap to submission
  • Grant resources and reusable templates
  • One complimentary 30-minute one-on-one grant consultation, scheduled during the session and valid for thirty days after the workshop.

This is a working day designed to move a real grant forward — not just an overview of best practices.

Join us in Austin for this full-day, small-group grant consulting experience! Space is intentionally limited to ensure meaningful, individualized support.
