No not at all, this experience is about moving your way, following the guidance to connect into your body and allowing the free flow to follow

Can I come on my own?

Yes, of course you can. We have many humans come on their own, its a very welcoming and inclusive community

Is it normal to feel nervous about coming?

Yes, it is totally normal. Joining a group of others and allowing yourself to be seen dancing your way out in the open can be a bit nerve-racking. It is all a part of it and we find once people are guided in the rest follows. Soph was amazing at creating a safe & comfortable space for release & fun.

What type of music is played?

The playlist is a mix of song requests from the guests ( see registration form to send your requests) and Soph curation. Expect house music, deep beats, maybe a touch of rock, 90's or 80's, new tracks and some classic dance floor anthems.

Welcome to Unleashed: The Full Moon Movement Ceremonial Party!This is your chance to step into the magic of the lunar cycle, tune in with your body, connect with nature, and truly let go.

Led by Soph, we journey through ‘Pohssing’ – a practice of dancing how you feel, feeling how you dance. Together, we gather at the peak of nature’s cycle, the Full Moon, to celebrate, release, and boogie under the night sky.

The Evening Flow:

Meet together at Seaford Scout Hall : base camp.

✨ Guided Opening Ceremony : presence practice + smoking ritual to ground, connect, and set intentions

🎧 Mobile Silent Disco Adventure: 60 minutes of moving, grooving, and flowing together through nature, down the streets to the shores and out onto Seafod piers guided by Soph’s playful energy🌌

Free Expression: whether you follow Sophs guidance & moves or find your own rhythm, it’s all about unleashing your energy and welcoming in vibrant new vibes.

Join us for Unleashed – dance in the afterglow of the Taurus full moon, feel the pulse of the rhythm, and share in the magic of this unique silent disco experience.
