Fitness through Yoga

Mondays: 3:30pm

Hip Hop Culture Learning Workshop
Centered around the 5 elements of Hip Hop and the history/origins of 80s & 90s classic Hip Hop.

Tuesdays: 4:30pm

Ages: 8 and up

Life Drawing / Yoga
Drawing – Students will begin to understand the basics of COLOR and also begin to understand spatial relationships and the fundamental of how living things are constructed. Students will work in pencil, pen & ink and collage.

Yoga – The first few minutes breathing exercises. Then stretching while sitting. Then standing poses. Last few more minutes lying down relaxation. Ending with chant of OM.

Wednesdays: 3:30pm

Ages: 8 and up

Keyboard Harmony and Improvisation

Thursdays: 3:30pm

Introduction to Multi Cultural Contemporary Dance
