The UNITY VAX | BLACK VAX AURORA Vaccination Clinic is an equity initiative supported by VNA Health Care and the DuPage County Health Department as part of the City of Aurora's Mass Vax Aurora outreach efforts.

UNITY VAX also supports LATINvaX AURORA and INDIAN VAX AURORA.

Register for an available appointment to take the first dose of the Moderna vaccine on Thursday, April 1 at Fox Valley Mall, 195 Fox Valley Center Drive.

The entrance to the vaccination site is :

closest to the New York St. & Station Blvd. entrance to the mall,
just east of Entrance #1
next to Crab Crackin'
across from the ReStore Habitat Humanity Store.

There is only an outside entrance to the vaccination site. You cannot access the vaccination site from inside Fox Valley Mall.

You are eligible for the vaccine if any of the following categories apply:

AGE: 65 years and old

OCCUPATION: Healthcare, First Responder, Education, Food & Agriculture, Manufacturing, Corrections Worker, US Postal Service, Public Transit Worker, Grocery Store Worker, Shelters, Adult Day Care, and these recently added occupations: Government, Media, Higher Education, Food & Beverage Service, Construction, Religious Leaders.

MEDICAL CONDITION: Diabetes, Obesity, Pulmonary Diseases, Smoking, Heart Conditions, Chronic Kidney Disease, Cancer, Immunocompromised, Sickle Cell, Pregnancy, Person with a Disability
