Unity Collective Pickleball Fundraiser


Invite a friend and come join us for a day of fun and friendly competition at the Bitter Lake Tennis Courts and Pickleball Courts! Our event aims to bring the community together while raising funds to support Unity Collective's programs.

Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the game, this event is for you. Stack your paddle to your skill level to get on the court, play to get a drawing ticket and win your match to get additional tickets for our prize drawings.

Let's make connections and support equity and sustainability for diverse mental health providers while also increasing access to mental health services and programs among marginalized and underprivileged communities.

Suggested donation for entry: $75

Pickleball Play

Your donation to reserve a spot gives you entry to our event and you are welcome to stack your paddle to play at your skill level. Come play for a couple of games or play all day!

Players will receive one drawing ticket per match, and two additional drawing tickets per match win.

Bring the Whole Family

There is a great playground next to the courts as well as picnic tables and access to the community center for restrooms.

Schedule

8:45am - Registration Opens. Players can begin to stack paddles.

9am - Matches begin.

*There will be fun giveaways throughout the event.

12:30pm - Final drawing tickets will be collected.

12:45pm - Winners for the prize drawings will be announced and followed up with after the event.

1pm - Official event end.

Frequently asked questions

I don't play pickleball. Can I still attend?

Yes! You don't have to play to attend. All are welcome to come by to engage socially and participate in donating to our cause. We will have other fun activities with opportunities to win tickets for the prize draw as well.

How many courts are there?

Bitterlake Community Center's Outdoor Tennis and Pickleball court area has 8 pickleball courts. We have all 8 courts reserved for our event. We will be using 1-2 of the pickleball courts for alternative pickleball-themed games for participants to win additional drawing prize tickets.

How can I learn more about Unity Collective and its programs?

At the event, participants will have opportunity to learn about specific programs that the donations will go towards and will get to meet (or play pickleball with) Unity Collective staff. You are also welcome to check out our website at www.unitycollectivecs.com.

How can I make an additional donation or become a recurring donor?
