What is SET26?The Summer Empowerment Tour (SET) is an 8-month journey of mentorship, preparation, and family engagement that culminates in our annual conference. Throughout the months leading up to the trip, families develop critical life skills in fundraising, budgeting, marketing, and resilience—learning how to push past fears, obstacles, and rejection.
Then, the summer graduation takes place at SET26: an exquisite 4-day experience where youth and families are exposed to new opportunities beyond their everyday environment. Participants will explore leadership, business, education, and culture, all while bonding with peers, mentors, and community leaders.
When the trip ends, the journey continues, families are connected with nonprofits, organizations, and businesses that help them grow and put their new skills into action.
