Michael Kudish will be at the Willows at Brandow Point talking about the 15,000 year history of the forests in the Catskills. He is a professor emeritus in the Division of Forestry at Paul Smith's College, as well as an acclaimed local author of The Catskill Forest: A History. He has also written four other books on the vegetation of the Adirondacks and a number of articles on the forest history of both the Catskills and the Adirondacks.
