Darrel Cates has spent over 25 years in the mortgage industry, starting as a Loan Officer, transitioning into underwriting, and ultimately returning to loan origination. This journey gave him the ability to understand both the client-facing side of lending and the behind-the-scenes decision-making process that determines loan approvals. His underwriting background allows him to anticipate potential challenges before they arise, while his loan officer experience ensures clients receive personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
