Better User Experience (UX) is great for any business. Join us to understand your customer’s/user’s needs which will help improve your sales/conversion. During the session, you will learn how to make informed business decisions using a customer centered design approach and find out why User Experience is so important to all businesses.

About our Speaker: Janelle James is a Principal UX Consultant and Lead User Researcher with over 12 years of experience. She has worked as a UX Researcher/Designer with several top companies including Office Depot, Office Max, Apartments.com, McGraw Hill Education, Northwestern Mutual, AT&T to name a few. In recent years Janelle worked as a consultant for small, medium and large organizations to support digital design projects, facilitate workshops and help expand UX knowledge internally. Her background is in art, psychology and technology which is where she draws her passion for a user-centric design approach.
