Care Dimensions will join us at the Groveland COA to share information about Guiding an Improved Dementia Experience (GUIDE)—a new free Medicare-covered program designed to support people living with dementia and their caregivers. Learn how the program helps improve quality of life, reduce caregiver stress, & provide access to resources including respite care, caregiver education, & dedicated care navigation.
