Understanding the Basics of Good Manufacturing Processes Short Course
Overview
Every employee who handles food should have basic good manufacturing practices (GMPs) training to keep your business in line with regulations. Good manufacturing practices start with understanding the regulatory requirement. During this short, 2-hour course you'll learn the regulatory requirements of GMPs, the difference between GMPs and PRPs, and the steps you can take to implement proper and effective GMPs in your operation.

Is there Group Registration?
Yes, there is! All students must be individually registered in order to participate in the course and receive a Certificate of Training. When registering multiple attendees, the name and email address for each student registered under the group registration must be provided during the registration process.
Simply select the number of tickets you are purchasing and click the "Check Out" button. A pop-up form will open with fields corresponding to each ticket (Ticket 1[name, email], Ticket 2 [name, email], etc.) Enter each participant's details in the form and place your order.
How do I access the course?
Once you complete your registration you will receive an email from Zoom containing the link and instructions on how to access the meeting. So keep an eye on your inbox!
What's the Refund Policy?
a) If a student cancels their registration;
- up to eight weeks prior to the start of the course, a 90% refund will be issued.
- between four weeks and two weeks prior to the start of the course, a 50% refund will be issued.
- within two weeks or less from the start of the course, a 25% refund will be issued.
b) A refund will not be issued for "No Shows".
c) If FSQC Training Center cancels the course, a 100% refund will be issued.
d) Refunds will typically be issued through electronic transfer of funds back to the registered account in about 5 business days. In some circumstances, refunds may be issued by check via mail. Refunds by check may take up to two weeks.
