Not sure how to effectively complete the Performance Plan section of the Performance Planning and Appraisal Report (PPAR)? Wondering how to complete the Appraisal section?

Move from the PPAR as a once-a-year “requirement” to using this as a communication and accountability tool for managers, supervisors and employees.

This 90-minute interactive workshop will provide you with specific tips and strategies to:

  • Understand and complete the different sections of the PPAR form.
  • Save time and commit to an equitable planning and apparaisal process through supervisor/employee collaboration.
  • Set goals for performance, equity and inclusion.
  • Use the PPAR process for goal-setting, accountability, and growth during the fiscal year.
  • Understand the PPAR as an opportunity for employee career advancement.

This workshop provides an overview of SFDPH PPAR planning and appraisal for DPH supervisors/managers.
