This 90-minute interactive workshop will provide you with specific tips and strategies to:
- Understand and complete the different sections of the PPAR form.
- Save time and commit to an equitable planning and apparaisal process through supervisor/employee collaboration.
- Set goals for performance, equity and inclusion.
- Use the PPAR process for goal-setting, accountability, and growth during the fiscal year.
- Understand the PPAR as an opportunity for employee career advancement.
This workshop provides an overview of SFDPH PPAR planning and appraisal for DPH supervisors/managers.
