ODD: Beyond stereotypes, exploring lived experience, real challenges, and person-centred understanding around Oppositional Defiant Disorder.

Join us for an engaging and insightful workshop on Oppositional Defiant Disorder (O.D.D), designed to move beyond stereotypes and provide a real understanding of what O.D.D means in everyday life. We’ll explore the myths and stigma, because “Its just those who do not like authority'', and highlight the difference between how O.D.D is often perceived and what it really is.

Through a mix of lived experience, professional insight, and recomendations of support, this session will equip attendees with the knowledge and tools to better recognise, understand, and support those affected by O.D.D.

Expect an interactive, person-centred session that balances clinical understanding with real-world application, ideal for professionals, carers, families, and anyone keen to expand their awareness.
