The second of two workshops planned by the Committee on Accelerating Behavioral Science through Ontology Development and Use will explore ontologies in three different contexts. Scheduled for June 29, 1-5 pm EST, the workshop will include sessions on the use of ontologies in behavioral medicine; definitions of race in the context of health and medicine; and the NCI Thesaurus, a classification system for key concepts and terms in cancer care and research.
