DBA Training Solutions was founded by a team of progressive, experienced law enforcement professionals who recognized the need for training geared toward uniting police departments and the communities they serve. After training more than 1,000 police officers, the DBA team began receiving requests from non-law enforcement organizations that found the material to be relevant – not just to policing – but to any corporation or organization that provides services to the public. The DBA trainers have since delivered their Implicit Bias workshop to corporations, hospitals, schools, non-profits, and government agencies.
