About this event

Business • Career

As organizations continue to experience a variety of disruptions in the workplace—ranging from COVID-19, the rise of remote and hybrid work environments, the integration of innovative technologies, and heightened racial tensions in our communities—leaders are striving to create inclusive work environments that support every employee. Additionally, the realities of a multigenerational workforce present challenges that directly impact engagement, retention, and organizational productivity.

TechLife Columbus and the Central Ohio Belonging Consortium, in partnership with COhatch as our generous host, invite you to join an interactive session where you’ll explore strategies to effectively communicate and engage with multigenerational colleagues in the workplace to improve collaboration and strengthen professional relationships.

During this session, you will learn to:

  • Define a multigenerational workforce
  • Recognize commonalities across generations and adapt to diverse communication styles to foster collaboration
  • Apply practical strategies to help create an inclusive, people-centered work environment

Monday, October 20th

4 - 6 PM | Meridian Room at COhatch Polaris
