Join us for an insightful and inclusive workshop exploring bipolar disorder through a neurodivergent-affirming lens, in parthership with the Storehouse Wellbeing Hub and Community Connector David Bruce.

This session will deepen understanding, reduce stigma, and highlight effective ways to offer support, both personally and professionally.

Through lived experiance infused information, interactive group activities, and reflective discussion, participants will build confidence in recognising the spectrum of bipolar presentations and develop empathy-led approaches to care and communication.

Open to professionals, family members, carers, and neurodivergent individuals.

Absolutely, we welcome individuals with lived experience, carers, professionals, and allies.

While we try to bring food and drink such as - Light refreshments (such as tea, coffee, and biscuits) we can not always guarantee this. You're welcome to bring your own snacks or lunch

Can I attend if I’m late or need to leave early?

Yes, we understand that life happens. You can arrive or leave quietly if needed.

Yes, regular breaks are included, and participants are encouraged to take time out whenever needed.

No, this is a private and confidential space. No recordings or photos will be taken without consent.

Can I attend if I’m feeling anxious or unsure?

Definitely. The session is relaxed and inclusive, and you're free to observe or participate at your comfort level.

What should I bring with me?

Just yourself! You're welcome to bring a notebook, drink bottle, or anything that helps you feel comfortable.

There is parking opposite the store house, which is pay and display
