Understanding Bipolar: A compassionate workshop exploring mood, stigma, and support through lived experience and group learning.

Join us for an insightful and inclusive workshop exploring bipolar disorder through a neurodivergent-affirming lens.

This session will deepen understanding, reduce stigma, and highlight effective ways to offer support, both personally and professionally.

Through lived experiance infused information, interactive group activities, and reflective discussion, participants will build confidence in recognising the spectrum of bipolar presentations and develop empathy-led approaches to care and communication.

Open to professionals, family members, carers, and neurodivergent individuals.
