UNDERSTANDING BEHAVIOR (WITHOUT SHAME OR BLAME)

Overview

Learn how to understand your child’s behavior through a nervous-system lens and gain simple, compassionate tools—without shame or blame.

When you understand why behavior happens, everything changes.
This 60-minute virtual mini-workshop teaches parents how to view behavior through a compassionate, nervous-system-first lens — without shame, blame, or judgment.

We’ll explore the real reasons behind meltdowns, shutdowns, overwhelm, PDA profiles, anxiety, and “big behaviors.” You’ll learn how stress, sensory load, and skill gaps shape behavior — and what actually helps in those moments.

You’ll walk away with clear tools you can use right away to reduce power struggles, support co-regulation, and create a calmer home environment.
Replay included.
