Befriend your anger and invite more peace and freedom in your life

Sometimes we're angry with life, with someone else, or with ourselves. We use it to let the world and others know that something is bothering us or to express our displeasure. But is anger our best strategy each time we feel displeasure?

In my experience, it's not the most optimal response to any situation - not because anger is a "bad" emotion, but simply because anger doesn't get us the results we want.

I also know that most of us don't want to be angry and would love to choose a better response. But we feel that anger is so instinctive - it just happens.

What can change the response?

When we begin to understand the root cause of anger, we unearth our ability to choose a different response. And that's exactly what we'll do in this hands-on workshop on Saturday, 8th November 2025.

- Understand and process anger,

- Discover ways to shift from a state of anger to a state of neutrality, and

- Develop the awareness to choose a different response the next time
