A workshop designed for parents, early childhood education and care professionals, and others who have contact with children ages 0 to 18 and/or their families. The goal of the training is to demonstrate a model for responding to sexual behaviors, promote healthy child development, and prevent child sexual abuse.

P lease Note: This training DOES NOT satisfy the requirements of the 2 hour requirement every five years to complete "recognizing and reporting abuse".

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training. If you have questions or concerns, or need additional information about this process, feel free to contact the Professional Development Training Coordinator at 702-825-8978
