In the United States alone, more than 6 million individuals live with Alzheimer's disease, and 11 million people serve as their unpaid caregivers. Globally, the disease impacts an estimated 50 million people. However, no one must face this disease alone or without information.

The health of the brain and body are connected, and now, science provides insights into how to make lifestyle choices that may help you keep your brain and body healthy as you age. Penn State Extension is partnering with the Alzheimer's Association to provide this Healthy Living for Your Brain and Body program to help people age as well as possible.
