Under the October New Moon: Sound Bath & Community Meal

Over the course of an hour, you’ll be gently guided into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. In this intimate circle, Catherine and Mario lead you through a soothing meditation, while the harmonious tones of singing bowls, gong, and other sound healing instruments create a rich sonic backdrop that resonates with your soul.

We begin promptly at 4 PM, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and get comfortable. The session will end at 5 PM, but you’re welcome to stay as long as you like afterward to connect with other community members. We will have a community meal following the sound bath, as a wonderful way to deepen connection.
