Guiding the evening is our knowledgeable wine representative, who will walk you through each pour—sharing tasting notes, pairing insights, and the stories behind the wines. It’s an opportunity to sip, savor, and deepen your appreciation in an intimate, upscale setting.

Doors open at 6:30 PM. Plan to arrive early for the best parking, seating, and to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.

SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

Seating is assigned upon arrival and may involve sharing a table due to our cabaret-style setup. We cannot accommodate parties larger than 4 at a single table. If others are joining you under separate tickets, please text (803) 563-8375to let us know and we will do our best to seat your party near each other.

Seats not claimed by showtime may be forfeited without a refund. If you anticipate being late, please text us at 803-563-8375 so we can hold your seat(s).

Do you serve food?

Does the price of the ticket include food?

No. The ticket price covers the cost of the entertainment. Food and drinks are available for purchase separately.

Is there a food & beverage minimum requirement?

Yes, a minimum purchase of $25 in food and/or drinks is required, excluding taxes and gratuity. An 18% gratuity will also be added to your food and drink purchases. We encourage you to arrive hungry and enjoy our delicious cuisine.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

To maintain the quality of our service and ensure safety, outside food—including beverages, cakes, and cupcakes—is not permitted. Additionally, decorations are not allowed in the venue.

Is smoking allowed?

No, smoking—including cigarettes, vapes, marijuana, and e-cigarettes—is not permitted anywhere on our premises. Guests wishing to smoke must do so at least fifty (50) feet away from the building.

How early can I arrive for a show?

Our door times are as follows: Thursdays: 6:00 pm, Fridays & Saturdays: 6:30 pm Sundays: 12:00 pm

Is there a dress code?

Yes, We promote an ambiance that encourages guests to dress with sophistication, as it’s part of our signature style that enhances the refined experience. Guests not adhering to the dress code may be denied entry.

What's the minimum age to attend a show?

Chayz Lounge is a mature, adults-only establishment, welcoming guests aged 25 to 85. Please note that the minimum age requirement for entry is 21.

What's seating like at Chayz Lounge?

Our seating is cabaret-style, which may mean sharing a table with other guests. If you have additional members joining your party under separate reservations, kindly notify us via text at 803-563-8375 to accommodate your group.

Are all ticket holders guaranteed a seat?
