Description:Burnout in your 40s hits different—it’s not just tired, it’s soul-level fatigue. You’ve carried the weight of being the dependable one, the fixer, the strong friend—and your body feels it. In this kickoff session, we’ll talk about burnout as a nervous system issue, not a personal failure. You’ll explore how over-functioning, people-pleasing, and hyper-independence show up in midlife—and practice tools that help you release the load. Includes a burnout profile quiz and somatic skills for emotional reset.

What You’ll Receive:

  • A themed 1.5-hour live Zoom session
  • A guided mind-body healing skill
  • Opening & closing meditations
  • Reflection prompts, digital tools & resources
  • Access to mental health and wellness professionals
  • A safe, supportive space to be real, raw, and replenished
