Is there a refund?

Due to limited space for this event, there is a no-refund policy.

How many people will be there?

We keep each event limited to 10-12 people so you get the best experience.

What to bring to Unbreakable Breathwork?

We recommend coming with the following...

Yoga Mat or Blanket Towel to lay on.
Comfy Clothes
Water Bottle
Your fullest expression

Should I eat before?

We would recommend you stay away (or reduce) caffeine on the day of event
Come on an empty stomach. Thought if you need to eat a light meal about 2 hours before that is fine as well.

Do I need to check in when I get there?

Yes. We'll have a sheet with everyone's name on it.

Contraindications for Somatic Breathwork:

Safety is of upmost importance for Somatic Breathwork. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend the breathwork experience.

These are:

Currently or Within 6 weeks of Being Pregnant
High blood pressure
Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
Currently taking heavy medication that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
Detached Retina
Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
Epilepsy
History or diagnosis of aneurisms
Cardiovascular problems
History of seizures
Severe Asthma
Heart disease
Heart conditions
Diabetes
Hospitalization for any psychiatric condition, emotional crisis, spiritual emergence within the past 3 years
Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions that would impair or affect your ability to engage in activities involving intense physical and/or emotional release.

Waiver and Release:

If you haven't experienced breathwork with Dr. Dave before, you will need to sign a waiver before you participate. One will be sent in the welcome packet.

Media:

We live in a social world, as such, we occasionally have a videographer/photographer there to help share this work. Please communicate any concerns prior to the event so we can accommodate your request.
