Umami’s Supper Club will feature a five course Laos dinner with cocktails and a drag show.

This immersive experience will feature a five-course Lao Fusion Cuisine, paired with curated cocktails, and expertly crafted by Umami Origami to delight your taste buds.

• Mok Gai – Steamed chicken in banana leaves with herbs and spices
• Quah Pho Gai – Stir fried chicken with a Pho based reduction
• Gang Hitt Mak Eu – A savory eggplant and mushroom soup
