Yes! Once registered, the Challenge workouts can be accessed ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!
Your confirmation email from Eventbrite includes a link to either the Facebook Group.
If you register for 2025, you have access to ALL workouts through the end of the 2024 year, which is December 31st. If you register for the current challenge only, you have access through the end of that Challenge: 6+1 weeks.
Each Challenge last 6 weeks with ONE active rest week, where we do NOT add new workouts. This week gives you an opportunity to rest, catch up, go back and do your favorite workouts OR try a group fitness class in your community.
