1️⃣ 20-22 minute workouts posted M-Th and Saturday (Friday/Sun are rest days)
2️⃣ Beginners are WELCOME!
3️⃣ Week 7 = Active Rest so you can catch up on any missed workouts

OPTIONS:
All Access - Register at any time for the 2025 year! You'll receive access to ALL workouts from 2025, the CURRENT Challenge and the remainder of Challenges for the 2025 Season! Plus THE BEST OF UBC 2025 to close out the year! Participants also receive access to our accountability group hosted on Facebook. You can STILL have all of these benefits MINUS the FB group, by registering for the option below:
UBC YouTube is now an option for those who wish to participate OUTSIDE of social media. Once registered you'll receive a link to a YouTube playlist where all of the Challenge workouts will be loaded weekly. The difference between this and ALL Access is the Facebook group.
Nutrition: If you TRULY want to do your BIG one, add nutrition, join the group and get active! Your nutrition is what will make the difference in your weight loss and if you're serious about losing weight, you should consider making this commitment.

Yes! Once registered, the Challenge workouts can be accessed ANYWHERE, ANYTIME!
Your confirmation email from Eventbrite includes a link to either the Facebook Group OR The YouTube Playlist. SCROLL to the ADDITIONAL INFORMATION section to locate. THIS IS THE SAME EMAIL THAT CONTAINS YOUR ORDER NUMBER.
If you register for 2025, you have access to ALL workouts through the end of the 2025 year, which is December 31st. If you register for the current challenge only, you have access through the end of that Challenge: 6+1 weeks.
Each Challenge last 6 weeks with ONE active rest week, where we do NOT add new workouts. This week gives you an opportunity to rest, catch up, go back and do your favorite workouts OR try a group fitness class in your community.
