UK Flow Battery Network Annual Symposium
Overview
The UK Flow Battery Network Annual Symposium
Join us in Manchester, UK at the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre where we will have a day dedicated to flow battery research and implementation. This is largely for the UK network of researchers in this field, but we welcome international researchers too. This year we want to focus on what is stopping flow batteries being the leading mid to long duration energy storage technology in this booming market. Why are they not meeting cost thresholds? Where are the barriers?
To this end we will be curating a session of invited talks for the comunity to engage, hopelfully addressing some of these pertinent questions. However, we also want to hear about the breadth of research across the UK and from our international collaborators. So please send in abstracts for talks and posters.
The poster session will be held with prominence in the middle of the day this year, so that we can fully engage researchers on their developments. We will also have the opportunity to visit the facilites are the GEIC which are aiming to support SMEs and early stage spin outs in that transition from IP to prototype.
Registration is free, but spaces are limited. Please only register if you can come.
