Join us for a FREE community event! This is your opportunity to connect with local farmers, explore innovative agriculture technology, and harvest fresh veggies.

What to Expect:

Meet the local farmers and experience a farm-to-table journey. Enjoy a delicious BBQ while learning about UDC-CAUSES Community Education Programs that are making an impact in Washington, D.C. Tour the Ag-Tech classroom where traditional agriculture meets cutting-edge technology.

Event Highlights:

• Fresh Veggie Harvest - Pick your own fresh vegetables directly from small farmers.
• BBQ - Enjoy complimentary food and refreshments.
• Ag-Tech Classroom Tours - Discover how state-of-the-art technology is revolutionizing urban agriculture.
• Meet the Farmers - Connect with small farmers and learn about their crops.
• Community Education Programs - Explore UDC-CAUSES programs and learn how to start your journey at our land grant institution.

This free, family-friendly event welcomes community residents, partners, students, faculty, and all who are passionate about urban agriculture and sustainable food systems.
