UC2: "Bypassing the Valley of Death"

UC2 – University Consortium for Cybersecurity invites you to attend our upcoming webinar: Bypassing the Valley of Death: UC2 Discusses the Challenge of Innovation Speed to Technology Transfer on July 30, 2025, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM (EDT). Panelists will discuss insights gained from participating in the Research through Partnership approach, the challenges encountered with the fast pace of cybersecurity innovation that makes research transfer difficult, and ways the Department of Defense mission partners have collaborated around projects.

UC2 Researchers from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and the University of Missouri will share how transitioning research into practice requires early collaboration, highlight successful examples grounded in trusted partnerships, and explain how UC2 adds unique value by strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration within decision-making processes — setting it apart through its practitioner-focused, action-oriented approach.
