Refusal of Suitable Work & the Shared-Work Program - A two-part session covering how employers should report and navigate refusals of suitable work and an overview of Pennsylvania’s Shared-Work program, explaining how reduced hours can be paired with partial UC benefits and the requirements for employer participation.
