Join us for a fun, engaging, and eye-opening discussion where we’ll break down some of the biggest nutrition myths circulating today. No fearmongering—just straight facts, backed by science.

About Our Speakers


Charlotte McIntyre (She/Her) is a Registered Dietitian certified in Intuitive Eating and focusing on body image acceptance and building a positive relationship with food and movement. As someone who has struggled herself, she wants to help people who have suffered from body image issues, disordered eating and a turbulent relationship with food and wellness as a whole. She wants to help you learn using an anti-diet & health at every size approach.


Natalie (She/Her) is a Registered Dietitian, yoga teacher, and mom. She has a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and has worked primarily with vulnerable populations since 2016. She leads with kindness, non-judgment, and curiosity as a path toward greater self-knowledge and empowerment. She is comfortable sitting in the in-between as she explores current and past behaviors and consider next steps with her clients.
