Join instructor John Fiola for this 2 session long course, as he explores the diverse and delicious world of wine, including how to distinguish between wine styles, grape varieties, and wine regions from around the world. We’ll discuss how to sample, smell, and taste wine to get the most out of every glass, the differences between a New World wine and the same type of wine produced in France or Italy, and how to find the best food pairings for each and every wine style.
