Come enjoy a powerful, one-time in-person experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and inner rhythm. This back-to-back offering includes two intentionally crafted sessions that complement one another—come for one or stay for both.
Session 1: R&B Yoga Flow
Ease into movement with a soulful yoga flow set to smooth, uplifting R&B tracks. This all-levels class invites you to move freely, stretch deeply, and vibe out in community. Expect breath-led movement, grounding, and feel-good energy.
Session 2: Trauma-Informed Yoga Workshop
Immediately following the flow, we’ll shift into a slower, educational, and restorative space. This trauma-informed workshop blends gentle movement with insight into how trauma impacts the body and nervous system. Learn accessible tools for self-regulation, nervous system awareness, and embodied healing—all in a space rooted in choice, safety, and care.
