Overview

Start the New Year off with 3 delicious soup recipes. Join Chef Bruce Yim and TVF crew for a series of 3 (2 hour) hands-on cooking class.

In this winter series, learn how to prepare 3 different hearty and healthy soups. Participants will be cooking in our fully equiped commercial kitchen and led by Chef Bruce Yim and the TVF Kitchen Crew. All ingredients will be provided. Each class will last 2 hours and you will have delicious soup to take home each week. This page allows you to buy a ticket for the whole three class series. What is the Soup of the Week?

1/11 – Vegetarian Posole
A vibrant, Southwest-inspired posole layered with hominy, chiles, and Farm vegetables.

1/18 – Mulligatawny
A comforting Indian-inspired classic with aromatic spices, lentils, and winter vegetables.

1/25 – Pasta Fagioli
A rustic Italian favorite with tender beans, pasta, herbs, and hearty Farm greens.
