Tutored Portrait Drawing - Atmospheric Portraits in Charcoal
Overview
Come along to a relaxed, drop in, tutored portrait drawing session for all abilities. There is a different topic each week covering a different aspect of portrait drawing.
This week’s topic is: Atmospheric Portraits in Charcoal: focusing on drawing the portrait in charcoal and different techniques to try. All materials are included!
The session includes a short taught segment at the beginning lasting around 20 mins, followed by a series of exercises where we draw from a clothed portrait model. The session is taught by tutor Lancelot Richardson in the airy upstairs studio space of the Hanover Centre. There will be a short break for hot drinks and biscuits in the middle of the session.
These sessions can be attended flexibly; you can attend all sessions like a course, or pick and choose topics. If you have any questions just email Lance on lancelotrichardson@gmail.com.
