At Caruso's, we love the wines of Tuscany. The idyllic rolling hills of the region produce beautifully rich, yet quaffable white wines, structured and complex red Sangiovese wines, and succulent, thought-provoking dessert wines. Join us for a four-course meal prepared by Chef/ Partner Matt Adler and Executive Chef Stuart Ameter. Each course will be meticulously paired with fine artisanal wines from Tuscany poured by the Neighborhood Restaurant Group Wine Director, Certified Sommelier, and Certified Specialist of Wine, Erin Dudley. Erin will introduce us to the region, present each wine, and give insight into her pairing decisions and wine expertise.
