You’ll learn how to qualify for a mortgage using your real income (yes, including tips), how down payment assistance works, how to build credit, and how other local service industry pros became homeowners.

Free street parking is available around Sweeney’s on Walnut, Gift, and Broad Streets. There’s also a public lot behind the building near the Franklinton sign. Arrive a few minutes early to grab a spot, parking fills up quickly during happy hour.
