Join Coach Devin for a 60-minute outdoor strength training session at Palisades Park. This isn't your typical bootcamp - we're using real equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells) to build strength and muscle through progressive resistance training.

Devin is an island boy, from Saint Lucia in the West Indies, Caribbean with a passion for helping others through empathetic coaching and strength training. A former Equinox Strength & Conditioning Coach with 6+ years experience coaching high-achieving professionals. ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified, Devin specializes in helping busy adults build lean muscle, increase strength, and transform their physiques through intelligent programming and expert coaching.

This is an outdoor event. In case of rain, we have an indoor backup location. Registered participants will be notified 24 hours in advance if location changes.



CANCELLATION POLICY:


Full refund if cancelled 48+ hours before event. No refunds within 48 hours of event start time (you may transfer your spot to a friend).
