Tuning In Together: Sound, Meditation, and Community
Overview
Discover the healing power of sound in both active and passive forms. The first half of the session invites you to explore your voice through group toning, overtone singing, and playful rhythms—building connection and resonance in community.
The second half shifts into deep stillness with a restorative sound bath, created with synthesizers tuned to the mathematics of nature. Allow pure drones and harmonies to wash over you, calming the mind, opening space within, and attuning you to the natural order of sound.
No experience required—just bring curiosity, presence, and a willingness to listen and receive.
