Tuning Forks Workshop with Shine
We believe that the use of Tuning Forks for healing and trauma-work is one of the most under-rated experiences that we offer at Shine. This modality is POWERFUL in releasing stored trauma within the body that results in a lighter, brighter energy and biofield. (It literally increases the electricity and energy in your body).
For those who are interested in learning more, we now offer this 90-minute workshop as a campanion to our Tuning Forks certification and private sessions.
WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:
This 90 minute workshop will include:
+ Introduction to tuning forks
+ Discussion of how the body is electric, the biofield, how we can use tuning forks to locate and clear resistance to essentially recalibrate and recharge
+ 75-minute experience of a group sound balancing session, including meditation and restorative savasana
+ Time to share after the group experience and to ask questions
