Sam will share easy-to-follow moves, strength-training tips, and everyday strategies for a stronger, more stable you in the year ahead.
About our presenter
Sam Vosler is the Wellbeing Officer at Union Bank & Trust, and our go-to guru for all things health and wellness. While her primary responsibility is promoting a healthy workplace, Sam loves that the role encompasses so much more, as she thrives on supporting others on their journey to a healthier tomorrow. Using her doctoral degree in Healthcare Education and a treasure trove of experience in exercise science and community health, this wellness wizard gets to help others live their very best lives.
Sam’s enthusiasm spills over into her community, too. She’s a spirited volunteer for the Lincoln Marathon, a dedicated member of the Tobacco Free Lancaster County Task Force, and a faithful supporter of local animal shelters. In fact, Sam and her husband are the proud pet parents Simba and Tinkerbell, two adorable, adopted kittens who are great snugglers and add a dash of mischief to their lives.
